Social Media & Media Use Policy

Why We Use Social Media

At Coffs Stairs and Balustrade, we’re proud of the work we do and love sharing it with others. Social media allows us to showcase our craftsmanship, share our knowledge, and inspire future clients with design ideas. A portion of our business revenue also comes from our YouTube channel, “That Aussie Stair Guy”, where we post educational and vlog-style videos sharing our considerable experience in the stair industry.

What This Means for Our Clients

We may take photos and videos of your staircase during the project and once it’s complete.

These may appear on our website, social media platforms, or in educational content such as our YouTube videos.

By working with us, you agree that we can use these images and videos for promotional and educational purposes.

Respecting Your Privacy

We always respect your home and your privacy:

We won’t show personal details such as faces, house numbers, private spaces, or belongings without your permission.

If there are areas of your property you’d prefer us not to film, just let us know before we start.

Ownership & Rights

The photos and videos we create are the property of Coffs Stairs and Balustrade (and any other business under the our ABN).

Clients will not receive compensation, royalties, or profit-sharing from any content we publish.

Once content is published, it will generally remain online unless we have agreed otherwise in writing beforehand.

Agreement

By engaging Coffs Stairs and Balustrade, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
